Autonomous Mobile Robot for Smart Farm Greenhouse Agriculture
Moby - Agri
Moby-Agri by Neuromeka is an agricultural robot designed for autonomous navigation within greenhouse smart farms, aimed at crop monitoring.
With Moby-Agri, crop monitoring data—previously obtained only locally from fixed IoT sensors—can now be comprehensively collected throughout a large greenhouse of up to 10,000 square meters. This enables enhanced monitoring and contributes to increased yields of greenhouse crops such as tomatoes and bell peppers.
The robot features a differential drive wheeled system for autonomous movement and is equipped with rail-driving wheels that allow it to navigate along tracks installed in smart farm greenhouses. Utilizing LiDAR and 3D sensors, Moby-Agri can detect and avoid obstacles while precisely navigating to target locations. It is also designed to recognize and mount rails as well as dismount from them accurately.
Additionally, the robot is equipped with a two-degree-of-freedom (rotation and lift) camera module, enabling it to observe crops at various heights, including those over three meters tall.
